The Association of Tourist
Attractions in Kent was formed in the 1980s to provide an independent forum for
the operators and owners of visitor attractions in Kent. The Association now
has over 80 members representing attractions ranging from those that only open
for a few days a year to large world-famous establishments.
The aim
of the Association is to provide information to members, promote member's
interests, and represent their collective views to other tourism consortia. The
Association also aims to promote the varied nature of visitor attractions in
Kent by publishing the annual 'Best Places to Visit in Kent' leaflet,
and upkeep and develop a web presence via the ATAK website. |
