Discover the eighteenth century home of Charles
Darwin, which remains much as it was when Darwin lived there.
The study
holds his writing desk, chair and numerous objects connected with his work. The
first floor houses an interactive exhibition on his life, research and
discoveries. The garden contains many clues to his inspiration.
Down House has a Tearoom and shop, and an Audio
tour is included in the admission price.
