In a parkland setting, this 14 acre garden
includes two arboretums, woodland area, walled garden with roses, clematis and
herbaceous plants. A small parterre was planted in 2000 and a new gravel garden
in 2003.
In 2004 a new nursery was
opened together with a lecture hall where, at various times of the year,
experts give lectures on horticultural topics ranging from photographing plants
to the garden in winter.
