GROUP
VISITS Group visits are most welcome at Penshurst Place and Gardens. Either guided or non-guided tours are possible of the house and of the gardens in English, French, Dutch and German. House tours with our knowledgeable guides take place before the house opens to the public between 9.30am and 11am or between 4pm and 5pm. Garden tours may be booked for anytime between 10am and 4.30pm. Especially popular with gardening groups is the Garden Tour and Cream Tea offer. SCHOOL VISITS Penshurst Place is an ideal resource for children studying Medieval and Tudor history, Geography field trips or for just a fun and informative day out. Guided tours take place between 9.30am and 11.30am and the Education Room can be used for follow-up work. A Tudor Trail resource pack is available upon confirmation of a booking. Children will also enjoy the Toy Museum and Venture Playground. Please ask for information on our ever-popular ARMADA! Living History Presentations for schools.
