Designated as a Museum with an outstanding collection, this prize winning Museum covers the world-wide work of the Royal Engineers, in peace and war, from 1066 to the present day,

Learn about the first military divers, photographers, surveyors and aviators. see engineering tanks and vehicles, 26 Victoria Crosses, unique gallantry awards from the Falklands War, regalia of 4 Field Marshalls, relics of Gordon and Kitchener, a Harrier Jump Jet, early torpedoes and Wellingtons battlemap of Waterloo.

The Museum is a superb venue for small conferences and corporate entertaining with Wheelchair access throughout.





Opening Times: Open all year: Tuesday to Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 11.30am - 5.00pm. Closed on Mondays (except Bank Holidays) and Christmas week. Also open Bank Holiday Mondays.
