From Owls to Otters, Beavers to Bison, and Wild boar to Wolves, there’s lots to see and do at Wildwood woodland and wild animal park.

Experience close encounters with over 50 species of native wildlife set in 40 acres of beautiful ancient forest, let you children go wild in our adventure play zone or relax in the Beaver Lodge restaurant. A visit to Wildwood is a truly inspirational way to learn about the natural history of Britain by actually seeing the wildlife that once lived here, like the wolf, beaver, red squirrel, lynx, wild boar and many more.

As a registered charity, Wildwood takes part in conservation programmes for many native species, such as the water vole, hazel dormouse and European beaver. So when you visit Wildwood you are helping to save some of the most threatened native animals in the UK.

We offer regular special events, daily talks and feeding programmes around the park (weekends and school holidays), interactive sessions for group and extensive education programmes for schools.
